The last few days I've been boosting rooms just to realize it is not working as it should.

When boosting a room it usually goes to the top of the room list.

To my disappointment it didn't work.

I decided to contact staff just to be told As per the development team, this new behavior is expected. The boosted rooms and regular rooms are prioritized based on the user's information (active friends in one of those rooms, player interaction).Let me know if there's anything else you need assistance with! :)

I feel like this is not very fair to some of us that had no clue about the new way the boost coins work.

I also feel that it is very unprofessional of Highrise to change the way of the coin function and not even putting out a statement of the changes.

When asked for a refund I was told no. Why sell a product change the function of the product without anyone's knowledge of it? It's very unprofessional and deceiving of the company to do so. I honestly feel like my gold was scammed by the company and I honestly believe I have a right as a long playing cust customer to receive a refund and so does others who have been deceived. Please do better Highrise. In my almost 8 years of playing Highrise I've never been more disappointed than I am right now of how things are being changed without people's knowledge.
