Please consider scheduling downtime for maintenance and updates. It’s very frustrating being kicked off the server and dealing with lags and stuff. Especially when you’re in the middle of a game or eventing. Most apps and games have scheduled downtime, Highrise is the ONLY online game I’ve ever played that doesn’t do it. Most games do it between 12am-11am so it doesn’t affect peek hours Users would very much appreciate if they knew when maintenance was going to take place. It would also allow players to have a break from the game during scheduled maintenance because lots of players have a heavy addiction to the game (I used to be one) that’s not good for their health.

Hello, This is the most expensive game I have ever played. Imvu it better because it’s cheaper If you want people to keep playing you have to make it sustainable. 129.99 is TOO MUCH I know there is cheaper options but if we are being real, the 6.99$ doesn’t buy you a single (desirable or cute) item in the game

Since I joined, there has been a search function in the inbox. Has it ever worked? no. what is it’s function if it doesn’t search your inbox? The search function in the inbox SHOULD AT LEAST be able to search for messages from specific users in your inbox. 3 years on this app and I have yet to be able to do so. so what is it there for? aesthetic? false hope? please make the feature actually usable, highrise. (if i’m not doing it right then please let me know)

Items like: doors, windows, some decor - items that don’t snap to a “grid” have a bug that makes them shift to the right/left AFTER you’ve saved. It’s been here since the beginning of August last year and it drives me crazy. I would really love it if it was fixed. I’ve contacted Support twice over this and each time they did not comprehend what I meant and just brushed it off.

I can’t list how many times I’ve made it to the end of surveys for them to tell me I didn’t qualify, sometimes after spending 15 mins to half an hour, not cool HR. 😔

It would be nice just like clothes, to be able to make furniture and thus have more variety, the furniture in the game is already a bit old

Why don't you want to take full responsibility for all the hightise players you banned by mistake! If they are giving away things/gold, is that the reason for the ban? Or maybe because they have a lot of gold that they buy from you? You eat for their money, pay ... And at the same time do not explain to them the reason for the ban. When new events start you can see leftover energies from the previous event, but you cannot use them. "Not enough energy". I'd rather it just say 0!

the ability to kick people out of the crew during an event. i had some really inappropriate people taking on the group chat and making underage kids really uncomfortable and i couldn’t kick the one guy because it was during an event and so i couldn’t stop him.
