Please consider scheduling downtime for maintenance and updates.

It’s very frustrating being kicked off the server and dealing with lags and stuff. Especially when you’re in the middle of a game or eventing.

Most apps and games have scheduled downtime, Highrise is the ONLY online game I’ve ever played that doesn’t do it. Most games do it between 12am-11am so it doesn’t affect peek hours

Users would very much appreciate if they knew when maintenance was going to take place. It would also allow players to have a break from the game during scheduled maintenance because lots of players have a heavy addiction to the game (I used to be one) that’s not good for their health.
