It is not fair for people who spent so much for them to not have an increased probability. Have you seen the game genshin impact? Many people would want to play that because that game is not money consuming as much as highrise because for people who spent so much to get hero, the would increase the probability to those who have spun like 40-70 times. Plus they dont even need to spend that much money because you can get their spinning tokens from doing tasks

So grabs are so broken spending over 60k gold to get a item to get 10k out of it... and yet i spent 40k on all blues and 3 epics for the lashes... i feel yall need to up the epic chance on grabs because its not worth the time or money anymore due to we spend over 80k to get the item then it only sell for 8 to 10k? Like where is the math in this bring epics chance up to 40% and rares to 60% then it would make since right now it seems to be 99% rares and 1% epics... rolled over 60k and out of all that gold only got 3 epics....

Gold grabs should be at least 15% epic and 85%rare, 5% epic is very low and free players would have a a better chance winning an epic.

Please make it easier to get epics or just grab items, Im doing the 90's Nostalgic one and I have one more item to get but I cant get it and theres only 1 more day left, so im very sad because I dont have the money to buy gold or buy the legendary Beanie bear, so please make it easier to get epics, thank you <3

You need to guarantee a completion at a certain point because the current % you have is bogus. You can get all the epics and spin 100 more times and still not get one rare even though they're suppose to have an easier chance to get. The amount it can take to complete some grabs to is outrageous.
There should be a cap. I'm not saying it has to be super low because we all know HR is to greedy to ever do that, but it shouldn't take 50k+ or whatever to finish a grab.
Even guaranteeing an epic after so many spins is better than nothing. Genshin does this and they aren't going broke. In Genshin, if you spin 10x times at once you're guaranteed one of the better items. HighRise should have something similar with epics so grabs don't take a ridiculous amount to complete, especially since ya'll claim to be a free to play game but have 0 free ways to spin grabs now.

Currently, I’m on the Celestial grab with one epic left- Moon Buns. I’ve spent well over 20 dollars on it now and I get that it’s based on luck but what kind of luck can I have when rares are 95% and epics are 5%? I really don’t want to have to buy Celestial Hair off anyone, especially with how much people overprice their items, except that seems like what I’m going to have to do since I keep getting the one before Moon Buns or sandwiched between it and another epic that I already have. I understand a profit needs to be made but I also think that profit can still be made if you give us a better chance at getting the items we need. If you guys are making a decent profit off us, which I know you are, then the least you can do is respect our wishes and make this less frustrating for the people who literally supply you with a paycheck.

There shouldn't be rares mixed in with common items in a grab where no one can trade the items or care what rarity it is. It's pointless and is just there to hinder the user from finishing the grab or force them to turn gold into bubbles.
•Token grab rates should be changed to:
I understand the game was updated to give these items a booster ability but, what's the point when you can just spend those tokens on the booster. If I want a shirt then I'll probably spend about 100-150 tokens to get it. Therefore missing out on the greater booster that would have been if I had just boosted my score.
I would keep the 1% score booster on these items but raise the chances of earning them upto 20% for uncommon (or whatever rarity the clothing is labeled) and 80% for the rest.

It's so infuriating to spend 2k gold multiple times just to get all rares back to back with multiple duplicates in the same pull. You can potentially spend 10k gold and get 0 epics.
Either having a discount on the 10x option or having an epic guarantee would hopefully make spinning a grab worth it since buying every item second hand seems to be the cheaper route now.
(same with bubble grabs: 10x discount/1 rare guarantee)
