The game's support service takes a very long time to respond, and most account blocking cases are simply ignored and not considered on a case-by-case basis. Most of the work is done by bots, not by real people, as it used to be. Support in a small percentage of cases also helps players in a timely manner. When accounts are stolen from players, the support service does not respond in a timely manner, and players lose items due to fraud. Time plays an important role in working with players. Also, the support service does not deal with players who send links for information that deceive other players using fraudulent schemes. I would like to see the support service's attitude towards players change for the better, and the gaming community change for the better. Also, change the punishment system so that before the stages of blocking and freezing there are warnings about violations and its types, so that players know where the rules were violated and correct their attitude towards the game. And if a player does not follow the rules after the first warning, then the subsequent punishment should be more serious. So that this punishment system is also transparent to the players and they can familiarize themselves with it.
